Man month / Man week service
This consists of daily output monitoring, DUPRO or FRI inspection, in-process control, product verification test, loading supervision and corrective action follow up. It is a more economic and efficient package that can be tailor-made for clients’ needs.
Quality improvement program
This program brings out existing quality problems and provides solutions in order to perfect the QA system. The program updates quality staff through training program, helps factories to establish a dynamic corrective action system, reviews production processing and provides suggested improvements. Moreover, free-of-charge follow up is provided after the QIP. The client’s product return rate and failure risk could be greatly reduced.
QA consultant program
Aimed to create a long term and short term “solution plan” by problem reviews and data analysis after collecting evidence and feedbacks from Purchasing, IQC, Production, QA and relative operations during auditing tour.
