About the SGS USTC Mark
The SGS USTC Mark was developed in the US to certify conformity of a product to the valid US Standard through a third party testing and inspection.

Validity of the SGS USTC Certificate
Inspections and product safety testing are carried out to determine the following:
- Whether the product complies with the valid legal standards
- Whether the materials, production and the conditions of production continue to comply with the Product Safety Listing
- Whether the quality system of the manufacturer guarantees continual product quality
If a product meets the test requirements, it is permitted to carry the registered SGS USTC Mark as a visible sign that the product complies with applicable safety standards in the U.S.
